Straight Take provides recorded feedback and opinions on user-submitted videos (such as product demos, launch videos, or presentations). All feedback is subjective and for informational purposes only.

No Guarantees

Feedback provided through Straight Take does not guarantee outcomes, performance improvements, business success, or results of any kind. You are responsible for how you use the feedback.

Payments

• Pricing is based on the length of the submitted video.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Once a review has started, payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or refuse service for any submission.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a video, you grant Straight Take permission to access, view, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing feedback.

Limitation of Liability

Straight Take is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the Service or the feedback provided.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
